Joint Staff J4 Professional Services Mission Support - Sources Sought

Description: The contractor shall provide non‑personal services across seven integrated task areas: Task Area 1 – Contract & Task Order Management: Comprehensive oversight and administration of contracts and task orders, to include performance monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and documentation of lessons learned. It encompasses coordination with government stakeholders, maintenance of contract artifacts, and support to governance processes to ensure effective execution and accountability across all assigned efforts. Task Area 2 – Operations, Exercises & Crisis Integration: Provides operational support to Joint Staff activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of CJCS‑directed exercises; integration of crisis action planning; and support to NDDOC and NJLOC watch operations. Activities include developing operational inputs, maintaining situational awareness, and ensuring seamless integration of logistics considerations into joint operations and crisis response.
