Jefferson RCE HVAC System Replacements
The Iowa Department of Transportation seeks a contractor to replace two heating and cooling systems at the Jefferson RCE facility at 512 W. Clark, Jefferson, Iowa. The work includes new two-stage heating units, 4-ton air-conditioning condensers and evaporator coils, thermostats, connections to existing ductwork, and necessary electrical work. The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing furnace and air-conditioning equipment.
