Janitorial services for DeQueen and Millwood Lake project office areas

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking recurring janitorial services for its DeQueen and Millwood Lake project office areas under a 100% small-business set-aside. The work includes daily and semi-annual cleaning, such as trash removal, restroom and kitchen cleaning, floor care, window and blind cleaning, and power washing. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, and environmentally friendly cleaning products, and meet security-screening and quality-control requirements; the period of performance is one base year with two 12-month option periods.
