Description: The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking 1 qualified Contractor to provide Janitorial and Grounds Services for Ashland Port of Entry (POE). Janitorial Services: Weekly/Monthly Tasks-Contract Term is 4 yrs (48 months)-See Exhibit A for details. Carpet Cleaning - 1 time per year - See Exhibit A for details. Exception Services Hourly Rate. Emergency Services Hourly Rate Grounds Services - Mowing: 1 time per month March - October (8 months). Contract term is 4 yrs. See Exhibit A for details.
