Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) Chiller Repair Project RFP

Description: Provide provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, clean up, and supervision required for a chiller repair. The chilled water system at zjx artcc is comprised of four (4) chillers. Two (2) chillers are required to serve the artcc with two (2) chillers available as redundancy, back-up in the event of primary unit failure. Chiller #100 is currently out of service leaving the artcc at risk. Specialized repair and restoration of chiller #100 is required to return the unit to full operational status. The work requires manufacturer certification and software to complete the necessary repairs
