Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs issued a presolicitation for a firm-fixed-price Building 143 Dietetics flooring renovation at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. The project will replace and upgrade the existing flooring with a Sherwin-Williams Poly-Crete SLB seamless cementitious urethane system, including an integral cove base, to improve durability, sanitation, slip resistance, and maintainability. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, and formal quotes are not requested until the RFQ is posted.
