J065--FY27 SERVICES (BASE+4) - Canon CT Service Contract
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking annual firm-fixed-price preventive maintenance for two Canon/Toshiba Aquilion Prime 160 CT machines at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, under a one-year base period with four option years. The work includes four scheduled preventive-maintenance visits per year, corrective-maintenance response, X-ray tube service or replacement, parts warranty, and a firewall between the CT machines and hospital network.
