Description: The City of Ottawa is soliciting qualification submissions (RFPQ) from engineering consulting firms to prequalify for the renewal of three bridges: Armitage Vances Side Road Bridge over Drain, Constance Creek Bridge, and Spruce Ridge Road Bridge. The contract covers Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Engineering Services During Construction, Contract Administration, and Construction Inspection, with the design phase running from award until 15 September 2027. The contract may be extended to January 2028 to provide engineering support services during the construction period, subject to approvals and budget.
