IT Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: Requesting proposals from qualified IT service providers to provide reliable, responsive, and cost-effective information technology services. The selected provider will support the Organization's technology environment, users, systems, and cyber-security needs. The selected IT services provider should be prepared to provide: Help desk and end-user technical support Network, server, and infrastructure management; Computer and device setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for approx. 20 employees; Software installation, updates, patch management, and licensing support; Microsoft 365/cloud administration, as applicable; Cybersecurity monitoring, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management; User account administration and access management; Data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity support; IT asset inventory and lifecycle management; Technology planning and recommendations; Onsite support when required; Emergency and after-hours support, as needed; Applications such as QuickBooks, Laserfiche, ESRI GIS, as well as specific land management related applications such as Tribal D will need to be learned by the successful applicant; Experience with all information hardware (cell phones, VOIP, security and monitoring systems, access controls, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points) and software.
