Island Transit - Fuel Building Tenant Improvement

Description: This project consists of tenant improvements to an existing Fuel Building to expand the break room from approximately 60 SF to 200 SF and provide associated improvements necessary to support the extended space. Work includes demolition of existing partitions; construction of new walls from top-of-slab to roof deck; a new door and sidelight to the fuel bay with keyed lock; electrical, HVAC, and interior finishes. Work is at an active transit facility requiring close coordination with Owner operations. our fuel building remodel uh that also was approved in 2025 and carried over to 26. The work will extend into 27. We right now have in fact we're supposed to hear today from Civic. We have the full uh bid package turned over and we hope to be going to add next week on that.
