Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking a professional-services firm or consortium to develop a comprehensive renovation plan for Inwood Park, progressing from Concept Design through Schematic Design. The work includes site analysis, historic preservation, ecological restoration, community engagement, multidisciplinary design coordination, cost estimating, phasing, and presentation materials, with a construction-cost ceiling of $9 million. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, technical approach, cost, innovation, understanding of requirements, and economic-inclusion criteria, including a 10% WBE subcontracting goal and applicable City requirements.
