LAZY NINE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1A is soliciting sealed construction bids for SWEETWATER CROSSING PHASE 3, SECTION 1, including utilities, storm drainage, water and wastewater infrastructure, excavation, streets, detention improvements, and erosion controls. Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on October 1, 2026, at Gray Civil, Inc. in Austin, Texas, with a public opening to follow; the non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
