Indian Camp Creek and New Melle Maintenance Facility

Description: Work include furnish, construct, test, and complete a new 60-foot-by-60-foot engineered wood post-frame maintenance building with a 16' nominal eave height and sufficient clearances for the required doors and equipment; 4:12 roof slope; a 6" welded-wire-reinforced concrete floor; twelve-foot-wide exterior concrete aprons on all four sides; insulation and condensation control; mechanical ventilation; two 400-amp distribution panelboards, each supplied by a 400-amp feeder.
