Description: Install temporary traffic control, tree protection, and sediment control. Remove existing concrete stairs. Construct concrete foundation walls, CLSM subbase, and concrete stairs. Furnish and install powder-coated galvanized steel pipe handrail, mooring fabrications, and trench drain. Place and compact base aggregate and asphalt pavement. Maintain safe trail access with temporary traffic control, including signs and barricades. Restore the site by grading, seeding, and installing erosion control measures. Remove excess materials and clean the site.
