The Contractor shall be responsible for all infrastructure, distribution systems equipment, devices, hardware and software systems in providing the government designated site with Internet connectivity. Service Response: The Contractor shall respond via email or phone within 4 hours of initial contact by the TR, to resolve loss of service, intermittent, degradation, or loss of signal within customer normal business hours. The TR shall be advised by the Contractor if service cannot be restored within 24 hours of initial notification. Pro-rata rate adjustment: Service interruptions exceeding 24 hours from Contractor initial response shall result in a pro-rata credit adjustment of the current rates charged computed at 1/30 of the monthly billing for each day of interruption until service is restored.
