Interior Renovations for Montgomery County Assessor of Property (AFB)

Work includes controlled demolition and renovation of approximately 18,306 sf of the existing suites 401, 402, and limited renovations to the election commission. Renovations include but are not limited to: exterior concrete sidewalks, concrete slab-patching, masonry work at new openings, architectural cabinetry, minor E.I.F.S. repair, sealants, wood doors, aluminum storefront, finish hardware, metal stud framing, drywall, ceramic floor tile and base, carpet tile, luxury vinyl flooring, resilient base, acoustical ceiling panels, interior and exterior paint, plumbing, sprinkler systems, ductwork/hvac systems, electrical systems, and related work.
