Work includes the removal and replacement of approx. 1,600 SF of concrete slab on grade. The new slab will be an 8" thick, reinforced concrete slab. In addition, the bathrooms will be partially reconstructed as the floors will be ground down and leveled with a concrete topping. Other miscellaneous repairs include the following: removing miscellaneous partitions; replacement of ceiling grid and acoustic ceiling tiles in select locations; replacing hollow metal frames and doors; patching and repainting walls; replacing bathroom stall partitions; and replacing floor finish materials in select locations. Both electrical and plumbing subcontractors will be required for this project.
