Intent to Sole Source - OECD Work Programme

Description: The Treasury Common Services Center, on behalf of the Department of the Treasury’s Office of International Affairs, intends to make a sole-source award to the OECD Secretariat for a 12-month OECD Work Programme. The work would develop a compendium of good practices and an actionable toolkit to help governments establish or strengthen their investment-security frameworks. Although no solicitation is available, responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations by October 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time; Treasury may award to the OECD if no advantageous qualified response is received.
