Integrated Governmental Software System (RFP)

Description: The City of Suwanee is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for a fully integrated governmental software system (ERP) to modernize operations, enhance financial and operational reporting, and ensure compliance with GASB, GAAP, and GFOA best practices. The system must include modules for Financial Management, Budget Development, Procurement, Grant and Contract Management, Payroll/HR, Property Tax Billing, Permitting and Licensing, and Reporting and Audit Trails. Implementation services include project planning, data conversion from the existing BS&A system, testing, quality assurance, training, and ongoing support.
