Insurance, Group Life and Disability RFP

Description: The City of St. Petersburg seeks proposals from qualified insurance carriers to provide fully insured group coverage for basic group term life/AD&D, voluntary supplemental life for employees, spouses and children, voluntary personal AD&D, and long-term disability. It seeks advantageous coverage at the lowest long-term net cost to the City and to eligible employees, retirees and dependents. Only direct providers of ancillary insurance services may submit; broker proposals will not be considered.
