The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center is soliciting quotes for construction of a new reinforced masonry barrier wall and associated site improvements at The Presidents House within Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The work includes excavation and grading, concrete foundations, reinforced masonry construction, protection of adjacent historic, cultural, and archeological resources, restoration of disturbed areas, and final site cleanup. This is an active small-business RFQ for a commercial construction requirement, not a grant program, and quotes are due September 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
