Inspect and Repair of 13.2KV Main Switchgear

Description: The U.S. Coast Guard Academy seeks a qualified, licensed electrical contractor to inspect, repair as needed, test, and restore its Eaton/Cutler-Hammer MVS2 13.2 kV medium-voltage load interrupter switchgear, primarily Cabinet 5 and the associated 15 kV feeder cable serving Smith Hall. The work includes replacing three 15CLE-250E fuses, providing three additional spares, and performing ANSI/NETA insulation-resistance testing with certified reports. The contractor must coordinate outages and lockout/tagout with the Government and complete the work in compliance with applicable safety and electrical requirements.
