Description: NAVSEA plans to issue a multiple-award IDIQ solicitation in the first quarter of FY 2027 for production and related work supporting submarine repair, maintenance, and modernization at Navy public shipyards and Trident Refit Facilities. Scope includes work during SSN, SSBN, and SSGN availabilities, such as preservation, non-destructive testing, shipboard and electrical work, component repair, and engineering support; non-critical efforts are intended to be set aside for small businesses. This is a presolicitation notice only: NAVSEA says it is not accepting proposals in response to this notice, and interested firms should monitor SAM.gov for the formal solicitation.
