INARNG YRRP Event - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Child and youth supervision requirements: The contractor shall utilize the two (2) large rooms provided by the venue for childcare and youth activities. The contractor shall provide enough Caregivers to meet the required Child/Care Provider Ratio, and they must be present at all times while children are in each room. The contractor shall provide enough child-safe toys and supplies to keep children aged 0–5 involved and entertained for the entire event. Actively interact with children, facilitate activities, and engage in play. Implement activity plans and adhere to the program schedule. See attached file.
