Razing and Removing Buildings: A 1,660 SF 2-story home with a full unfinished basement. The house was built in 1920s with wood, vinyl and roughcast stucco exterior, asphalt shingle roof, and the basement stone foundation. There is new plumbing, 200-amp service, HVAC ductwork, water heater in 2022, upstairs furnace in 2019 downstairs furnace in 2014, new insulation throughout and siding, gutters, soffits, facia and garage doors updated in 2020. The main floor consists of the kitchen with walk-in pantry, dining area, living room with brick gas fireplace, bedroom and half bath. The second story contains two bedrooms, a full bath and a walkout balcony (some newer windows). There are stairs going to a walkup attic (429 SF).
