Description: The contractor shall support, repair, maintain, and install replacement parts in all ids/icids zones and equipment on fort jackson (see enclosure 1) as required in the applicable maintenance and security publications listed at section 8. These services shall include configuring, troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing all icids equipment, and software. Services shall also include the removal, installation, relocation, programming changes and modification of existing sensors/components and replacement sensors/components to ensure overall equipment operation is within or exceeding manufacturer's operating specifications on all icids throughout the installation.
