IHS Pharmacy Cultural Humility and Cultural Awareness Training Program

Description: The Indian Health Service seeks a contractor to develop a Pharmacy Cultural Humility and Cultural Awareness Training Program for pharmacy staff serving American Indian and Alaska Native communities. The work includes four interactive training modules of at least 60 minutes each, covering cultural awareness, respectful engagement, culturally responsive pharmacy practice, and allyship and community partnership. The six-month project will include instructional design, video and assessment materials, Section 508 compliance, SCORM-compatible content, and PowerPoint deliverables, and is restricted to eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.
