IFB 26-2519, Rental Car Connector

Description: The Capital Region Airport Commission is soliciting sealed bids for a two-story connector linking the Richmond International Airport terminal building with the rental car garage and providing direct access to the departures and ticketing level. The project includes relocating rental car counters to an expanded north baggage claim area, modifying wayfinding signage, and replacing lighting in both baggage claim areas with LED lighting. It also includes an outdoor pocket park with hardscape, landscaping, seating, interactive displays, and provisions for a future food truck.
