Description: The Franklin Regional Council of Governments is accepting sealed bids on behalf of the Town of Cummington Water Dept. for a Control System Upgrade. Bids must be marked “Cummington Control System Bid” and received by September 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM, when they will be publicly opened and read; a 5% bid bond or deposit and a 50% labor and materials payment bond are required. The Town of Cummington is the awarding authority and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the public interest.
