The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with removal / installation of floor covering, complete in strict accordance with specifications subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and as ordered by the contracting officer. This is a delivery order style contract in which individual delivery orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed in specific building(s), to be completed in a specific amount of time. All work performed on individual delivery orders will be iaw these specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: remove existing flooring. Install new carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, rubber and/or special epoxy coating flooring. See attached file.
