The work of the contract will occur in three phases and is split between three refuse areas, Area 5 West, Area 5 East, and Area 6. The work includes to installation and maintenance of temporary and final erosion and sediment controls, removal of existing infrastructure, alterations to landfill gas systems, stripping and hauling of soils, removal of top soil decks, and installation of stormwater ditches and conveyance systems.
