HWY 105 Utility Relocation – Phase B

Description: Work includes: demolition/abandonment of the existing water distribution main; demolition/abandonment of existing pressure reducing valves (PRVs); construction of a new water distribution main (using open cut construction); connections to existing water mains; reconnection of existing water service connections; removal and replacement of existing fire hydrants; demolition/abandon existing fire hydrants; installation of new fire hydrants; concrete and asphalt removal and replacement; installation of all valves; fittings; bends; tees; crosses; air/vacuum relief valves; relocation of existing sanitary sewer mains along Colorado State Highway 105 including demolition/abandonment of existing sanitary sewer mains; demolition/abandonment of existing manholes; construction of new sanitary sewer mains; construction of new manholes; connection to existing sanitary sewer mains; concrete and asphalt removal and replacement; associated site work; additive bid alternative includes installation of underground electrical and appurtenances; coordination with MVEA for inspections.
