Description: Elementary School: Replacement of the existing classroom unit ventilators with new unit ventilators equipped with direct expansion (DX) colling coils and hot water heating coils. The project includes class room zone. Associated work includes modifications to existing architectural finished, ceilings, and related building systems as required to accommodate the new HVAC infrastructure. The project also includes the removal of the existing chiller, dry cooler, chilled water pumps, and associated equipment. School: replacement of two existing rooftop HVAC units serving Rooms 202, 203, and 204, as well as the replacement of two unit ventilators serving the Art Room. Associated electrical, controls, and architectural modifications required to support the new equipment are included in the work.

The project scope includes a full HVAC renovation. The existing boiler and cooling tower systems will be fully demolished, and a new water sourced heat pump (WSHP) geothermal system will be installed with the installation of a new geothermal well field. Electrical work will include new lighting throughout the building. The project scope also includes ceiling replacement throughout the facility and small patching of flooring. Restoration of the site areas and patching of exterior site pavements where geothermal well fields and lateral lines are installed will also be required.
