HVAC Replacement At Coastal Center (Request for Quote)

Description: Replace the HVAC unit for the Warehouse/Housekeeping areas of the Office of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Coastal Center Campus. One (1) HVAC Unit to replace the current unit. The vendor must safely and efficiently remove and dispose of the old HVAC unit. Clean up all debris, trash, and waste that is generated from removing the old HVAC unit. Once the old unit is removed the vendor must prep the area for the new HVAC unit and must install the new unit with the requirements listed below. Once the HVAC unit is installed the vendor must properly connect the and install the unit to include duct work, installing the thermostat, Vacuuming the new unit down, electrical and operation, they must also ensure the area is clean and neat once the new HVAC unit is installed. If the new unit is not functioning properly, it will be the vendor’s responsibility to either fix the unit or replace the unit at no extra costs to SCBHDD. The new HVAC Unit must be working properly on both heating and cooling sides before the vendor leaves SCBHDD Property. The new HVAC must be tested with onsite maintenance once installed and the site is clean.
