Description: This project will design and install HVAC and fire protection systems for pumpwell 4, a below-ground facility. The primary function of the HVAC system will be to provide air exchange and maintain humidity levels within the pumpwell at all times and provide sufficient outdoor air for cooling during drydock dewatering when the pump motors and electrical equipment generate significant heat. A fire protection system with a fire alarm, sprinkler system, and smoke exhaust will be installed as well
