Human Trafficking Care Coordination - (Request for Information)

Description: Provide obtain information from qualified organizations with experience and capacity regarding the delivery of a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary care coordination model for children and youth who are suspected or confirmed victims of human trafficking. The model includes case coordination and advisory council functions. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on trauma-informed multidisciplinary service delivery approaches, staffing models, data collection practices, and potential contract structures to inform a future procurement process.
