Shortlist Proposers for the Package 2A - 10th Ave. Tunnel and A-Yard. Principal elements of the work include: Construction of a cut-and-cover tunnel under 10th Avenue, connecting the existing Hudson Yards Concrete Casing Section 1 ("HYCC-1") with A-Yard, approximately 100' long. Underpinning the existing 450 West 33rd Street overbuild structure and the relocation of its structural columns and the PS-5 structure to accommodate the future track alignment. Construction of the A-Yard Fan Plant structural framing. Future track alignment and systems fit out work in the 10th Avenue Tunnel and A-Yard (P2A) and fit out of the A-Yard Fan Plant will be constructed in a subsequent HTP contract referred to as Package P2B.
