HQ ACC Tech Refresh - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The COMACC CR upgrade solution will be comprised of a new LED video wall in addition to AV infrastructure, audio and control system upgrades. The SAC/TAC Conf Rm 122 in Bldg. 587 will be provided with a new All-in-One Video Conferencing Huddle Shot to accommodate NIPR Teams. Two repurposed displays will also be installed in this room, along with new floor stands. Full system integration and programming will be conducted to provide required end-user functionality. Operational testing of the system will also be conducted with the end-user upon completion and obtaining customer sign-off. One-Year onsite comprehensive maintenance support services will also be provided for all new equipment upon completion of installation. See attached file.
