HPD Family Living Center Services RFP

Description: The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is soliciting proposals to operate Family Living Centers that provide temporary shelter to households displaced by a City-issued vacate order. HPD anticipates awarding a minimum of three contracts across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx, with vendors required to submit separate proposals for each borough. All proposals must be submitted through the City's PASSPort procurement system, and organizations must have both a PASSPort account and an Approved HHS Prequalification Application to be eligible.
