Texas City Ship Channel - SPPA 2 Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of the Texas City Ship Channel (TCSC) Shoal Point Placement Area (SPPA) 2. The project site is located between TCSC PA 5/6 and SPPA 3-4-5. The principal features of work include, but are not limited to: Backfilling and reshaping the South and East segment berms of SPPA 2. Furnishing, delivering, and adding new riprap where needed to stabilize and protect the reshaped berms.
