Housing Custodial Services (RFP)
Provide Housing and Residential Life Custodial Services. The selected Contractor will be responsible for Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and cleaning supplies required to deliver comprehensive custodial services for FGCU Housing and Residential Life. These services encompass the full range of customary and common areas within residential facilities. Covered spaces include, but are not limited to, building exteriors and perimeters, entranceways, lobbies, stairwells, breezeways, offices, corridors, restrooms, elevators, trash collection areas (interior and exterior), boardwalks, shoreline areas, gliders, grills, laundry rooms, pool decks, golf carts, storage rooms, closets, conference rooms, and student housing apartments and rooms. The Contractor must ensure that all designated areas are maintained to the standards prescribed by FGCU, supporting a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for students, staff, and visitors.
