Firearm Exchange RFP
Seeking qualified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers for the exchange of one (1) lot of confiscated firearms for credit toward the purchase of AR-15 patrol rifles.
Description: The scope of this SOW consists of: Provide FedRAMP level secured Hosting and Technical Support and Maintenance of the platform environments for FDLP Exchange and FDLP.gov’s Drupal based Content Management Systems (CMS) and web application within LSCM’s agency approved secure hosting infrastructure. Hosting Services includes: Provisioning, configuration, and hardware optimization for performance. System uptime service-level-agreement (SLA) that ensures continuous system monitoring with an uptime of 99.999%. Provide twenty-four (24) hour System Security -monitoring services for both CMS’ and Website applications. Provide twenty-four (24) hour critical-incident support services for both CMS websites and applications: Implement automated monitoring systems to promptly detect and record adverse events, ensuring swift resolution of technical and security incidents. Perform comprehensive analysis and triage by isolating impacted web directories or servers, removing malicious software and persistence threats, and working closely with GPO staff to establish and execute coordinated notification and remediation strategies. The Hendersonville Police Department is accepting sealed bids from qualified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers to exchange one (1) lot of confiscated firearms for credit toward the purchase of AR-15 patrol rifles. The exchange is limited to the department and a licensed and qualified firearms dealer and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Specifications are available by email request or paper copy, and bids must be submitted by August 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM for opening at the Hendersonville Police Department.
