Description: Work include remove the existing threshold at the main entry door and replace it with an ada compliant 1/4" h x 5" w x 3'-0" l aluminum threshold. Replace the existing main entry door hardware with an ada compliant lever type hardware and install an automated door opener on the main entry door. A hager 3700 series 3753 grade 2 fixed cylinder standard interconnected lock, entry double locking function, lever type archer hardware is recommended. Install an automated door opener on the main entry door. Open sesame is recommended; at the living room remove two-piece 1x wood plank serving as threshold separating the entry foyer ceramic tile area from the wood floor finish area of the living room. Replace the threshold separating the ceramic tile area from the wood floor area with a metal transition strip per the drawings.
