Description: The Regional Municipality of York is inviting bids to replace the Holland River Tributary Culvert beneath Yonge Street between Bennington Road and St. John’s Sideroad in the Town of Newmarket. The work is planned for the 2027 construction season and is expected to take five months; only contractors prequalified under RFPQ-2841-25 may bid, and specified habitat-restoration work must be performed by subcontractors prequalified under RFPQ-1152-23 and RFPQ-2425-25. Bids must be submitted electronically, and bidders must meet the stated OHSMS certification requirements and provide a digital bid bond and undertaking to bond.
