They are required to provide all materials needed to install 5 inground 2 post hoists, 1 heavy 3 post inground hoist and 2 heavy above ground hoists. They will be required to fill in 2 previous hoist spots.

Hoist shall have Overload Protection and Shock Load Prevention features. 2-speed, 3-motion radio control system in lieu of supplying a pendant station with the new hoist. Site cleanup and material handling. Adherence to MIOSHA and environmental regulations.
