Historic Restoration General Contractors - Interior Restoration RFP

Description: Historic Restoration General Contractors who specialize in the restoration of historic plaster walls and ceilings, conservation of historic wallpaper, restoration and repair of historic wood flooring, restoration of interior wood trim and millwork, and the sensitive installation of HVAC upgrades within a historic building in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. The project generally consists of the following: 1. Restoration of historic plaster walls and ceilings. 2. Conservation and repair of historic wallpaper. 3. Restoration and repair of historic wood flooring. 4. Restoration of interior wood trim and millwork. 5. Installation of HVAC upgrades while preserving the historic fabric and character of the building.
