Hill AFB Actuator Phase 2A

Description: The Enterprise Hill Commodity Council and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support, in coordination with seven Supply Chain Management Squadrons, are developing an outcome-based support strategy for actuator assemblies proprietary to Parker Hannifin Corporation. Phase 2A uses the framework established by the earlier Actuators Performance Based Logistics effort to expand supported Parker sole-source National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs). The solicitation is an active combined synopsis/solicitation with offers due December 22, 2026.
