High Voltage Power Supplies (HVPS) for the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal CSSC Electric Dispersal Barrier

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District is soliciting proposals for high-voltage power supplies supporting the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal CSSC electric dispersal barrier. The procurement requires custom design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of high-voltage power-supply units, including two 1.5 MW units and one 350 kW unit, using 24-pulse SCR rectification and copper-wound transformers. The supplies must integrate with the existing Pulse Generating Control System without modifying existing software or wiring and fit within the existing facility constraints.
