Herbicide Application Project RFP

Description: The Resource Conservation District of Tehama County is seeking a qualified contractor to manually apply herbicide across approximately 151 acres of privately owned timberland to control regrowth following mastication work. The contractor must provide herbicides, equipment, personal protective equipment, licensed oversight, drift controls, watercourse protections, reporting, and any required retreatments. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 10, 2026, proposals are due by 4:00 PM Pacific time on September 30, 2026, and field operations are expected to run from March 2027 through March 31, 2030.
