Description: Provide grass cutting service, weed eating shrub bed areas down to ground, and clean cut around shrubs, not to damage shrubs. Remove all cuttings, trim & spray around and below all fences, porches, and buildings, edge grass line along the sidewalks, walkways, curbs, and parking lot, remove grass/weeds out of sidewalks, walkways, curbing. Maintain clean appearance, shrub trimmings limited to two (2) times per year, cuttings from shrubs must be removed from property with each trim service to ensure clear area, remove trash, debris from under trees and from property to ensure clean area.
